Below are the three exact steps for step process Whatthekicks Staff takes when processing your order.
Processing - Payment Approved - Shipped
Processing - Once you have made a payment with your credit card, your order is placed in Pending Status. Someone from Whatthekicks will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by someone at Whatthekicks your order will be elevated to the next status and prepare the package for the shipment.
Payment Approved - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped".
Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number.
Other Possible Statuses: Cancelled - If your order status is "cancelled" this is because we were unable to verify your payment. Or you've made a request for cancellation prior the shipment. We accept canceling order within receiving your payment 24 hours. Others, the client is responsible for everything.
Refunded- If your order is out of stock or we are unable to fill it for any reason, we will update the status of your order to Out of Stock and issue a full refund.
We'll send you a tracking link with tracking number via email when the order has been dispatched.
If your order appears late, you should consider the following:
1) Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.
2) There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
3) It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the website.
4) Also, you are welcome to contact us for further assistance.
Note: APO/FPO addresses are not accepted.
It usually takes 1 to 3 working days to process and ship out your order. Your item(s) will take approximately 5-15business days to arrive after the order has been shipped. Orders maybe delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, or availability of the product.
